Rosie was as sweet as could be from the first email she sent. We quickly realized we had the same taste in photography and clicked right away. When I showed up at her house last weekend for her maternity session, she greeted me outside with a hug, glowing like only an expecting mother could, and made me feel right at home. Her husband Michael came out and greeted me and we started on with our shoot. They were so funny and sweet and warm and made me feel so welcome. When I asked Rosie how they met, she told me they were high school sweethearts. It was apparent throughout their shoot that they were not only husband and wife, but best friends. They treated each other with respect but weren’t afraid to be themselves and laugh. They were both troopers since our photo shoot fell on a day that was 95 degrees with the humidity at 55%, but never once complained. Their home was also full of engagement and wedding photos and it was apparent that they appreciated photography and hiring a personal photographer was important to them, which I loved!
Rosie and Michael, thank you for the opportunity to capture this special time in your lives. Eliza is going to be one lucky baby girl and I know you guys are going to be such fun and awesome parents! Congratulations!
