So who is this girl that loves getting you in front of the camera to snap photos of your life right as it happens?
Born and raised in North Carolina, my interest in photography started in 2000. Quickly changing from just passing the time to a hobby to a genuine growing interest to learn anything and everything about the art. I have since made my photography into a full time working, professional business which has always been a dream of mine. With a small team of professionals, we will work in a timely and professional manner to give each client the look and feel to their photos that fits their personalities best.
I shoot relaxed lifestyle portraits – which is simply a personalized photo shoot just for you! I think it is important to capture the moments in between when everything in the photo is real. The laughs, the giggles, the genuine happiness or whatever emotion there may be. I believe everyone should have amazing and beautiful photographs to be able to look back on and treasure that represent who they are as a person, not just a prop in front of a silly over-used backdrop. I take great pride in making my images unique to other portrait photographers, and to offer you a fun, easy and relaxed experience at our shoots. I love knowing at the end of the shoot that we have not only gained amazing photos, but great friends as well.

On a more personal note, I am a down to earth but spunky young lady. I love the small things in life, but especially a small cup of coffee, or five. Black, no sugar or cream, please. Unless I’m going all out and getting really greedy at Starbucks! 
I live with my significant other of 6 years and together we own 6 cats. He is a web designer who tolerates my crazy ideas and is nothing but fully supportive of me, even when I lack the confidence for myself.
My favorite television channels are Discovery and History. I love chocolate, especially with coffee. I adore music, mostly folk, rock n roll and classics such as Elvis and Johnny Cash. I’m a girl who loves heels and pretty dresses, but who also isn’t afraid to get dirty. Give me a horse and I can saddle it in under 30 seconds. Give me a 4-wheeler and I’ll find the biggest mud-hole around. Give me heels and I’ll stride like a lady should.
I love great conversation with my girl friends and laughing until my face hurts. I love laying in silence with a good book or movie. Holding hands is one of my most favorite and intimate things to do, as is hugging. I love intense and deep conversation that makes you think, as well as trying new recipes and discovering new places. I am more of an introvert in social situations but I love to make people smile and laugh, which is why photography brings me full circle.
