You may recognize this beautiful couple from the Day After shoot we did last June.  They just had their first baby, a beautiful baby girl named Harper.  Brittney and Paul are an amazing couple and it has been my honor to become great friends with Brittney and to document their lives as they unfold.  Here are a few shots from their maternity session on a rainy summer evening.

Congratulations, you two! You rock!

How cool are these shots?  Brittney teaches yoga so of course I asked her to show off a few moves!

This one is for the photographers! :)

I have for years been asked to teach Photoshop and have been asked numerous questions about my workflow and editing.  The truth is that I was a rather introverted child (nothing has changed there…haha) and I spent hours upon hours in Photoshop playing around and teaching myself the program.  I am completely self taught and am so thankful for other photographer’s tips and tricks I have picked up over the years to minimize my workflow and make it much more proficient.  It would take me weeks or months to teach how Photoshop to someone else but I am always more than happy to help.

I will soon be offering my photo editing services to fellow photographers looking to outsource their editing so they can focus on what they love, which is taking pictures.  I have always loved the processing side of photography so I figured I would offer those services to the photographers who just don’t have time or like it as much as I do.  I will have all of the details up soon but my rates and turn-around time will be competitive and completely professional.  If you are a photographer and are thinking of outsourcing your photo editing and would like to see what I can offer you, I’d love to do a sample editing for you.  Below are a few before and after edits on my own photos.  Once I get all of the details together I will offer you a place to submit your images for sample editing so you can see how my post processing can help your workflow and give you back your time to do what you really love – photography!
